I am a Michigan licensed Massage Therapist with 6 years of experience in the field. My expertise lies in medical, sport, and therapeutic modalities though I am very adaptive to my clients needs. I use my intuitive nature to customize treatment to best serve YOU.

I believe bodywork is for everyBODY, regardless of body type, gender identity, and financial status (please follow my socials for “pay what you can” deals)

I was born in east Michigan and spent my early 20’s traveling before I moved to Grand Rapids in 2018.

I graduated from Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences 600 hr Medical Massage program in 2019

I am a roller derby athlete, weightlifter, empath, cat lover, and book worm.

I believe massage therapy is healing for body, spirit, and mind and I can’t wait to help you reach your individual health goals.
